The Amadeu Antonio Foundation relies on the support of its dedicated partners. Since its inception, the Foundation has been successful in attracting people from very different walks of life to its goals. Without this diverse support and encouragement, the work of the Foundation would be nearly impossible.
Freudenberg Foundation
The Freudenberg Foundation has been supporting and advising the Amadeu Antonio Foundation from its very inception. Such cooperation is extraordinarily helpful. Through such financial and organizational support, the Amadeu Antonio Foundation is able to focus directly on the projects and themes that it has the most experience with.
stern
Another important partner of the Amadeu Antonio Foundation is the weekly magazine stern. Through their campaign advertising "Stand Up Against Right-wing Violence", the Foundation has received more than 1,340,000 Euros since 2007. This money goes to support specific initiatives and projects against neo-Nazi violence. Stern and the Amadeu Antonio Foundation continue to work together on a number of these projects.
The Center for a Democratic Culture (ZDK)
From the very start of the Amadeu Antonio Foundation, the Center for a Democratic Culture has been a top priority. Founded in 1997, the ZDK informs the public about developments in the neo-Nazi scene and provides advice about potential possibilities for intervention. The Amadeu Antonio Foundation actively endorses their work.
Regional Centers for Education, Integration and Democracy (RAA)
The Regional Centers for Education, Integration and Democracy work in seven states throughout Germany on innovative methods to develop democracy in schools and neighborhoods. The Amadeu Antonio Foundation closely cooperates with the RAAs in Berlin, Essen, Hoyerswerda, Leipzig, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, North Rhine-Westphalia, Osnabrueck, Saxony, and with the Federal Working Group of the RAA.
Federal Ministry for Family, Senior Citizens, Women, and Youth
The Amadeu Antonio Foundation also receives support from the Federal Ministry for Family, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth. The Ministry supports various strategic organizations and, with its support, the Foundation is able to work in cooperation with the federal programs CIVITAS and Entimon. Specifically, the Foundation is supported through the federal program "Diversity Does Good - Youth for Diversity, Tolerance and Democracy."
Telos Press
Since 1968, the quarterly journal TELOS has provided an international forum for discussions of political, social, and cultural change. It has built a bridge between intellectual debates in Europe and the United States, exploring matters of contemporary concern to both sides of the Atlantic. TELOS offers an exciting exchange of ideas for anyone with an interest in the vital international issues of the day, especially about antisemitism.
