The goal of "Community Coaching" is to help protect minorities and to strengthen the democratic roots of our society.  Together with local representatives, the staff of the Center for a Democratic Culture develop practical local strategies against neo-Nazi activities.  The scope of the project extends to both rural and urban communities, youth centers, schools, local politicians, and other various organizations.  Through this process, "Community Coaching" reaches out to and brings together a broad spectrum of activists and civil initiatives and projects.

The principle of Community Coaching has been repeatedly proven effective.  To date, Community Coaching has organized collaborations in several districs in Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-West Pomerania, as well as in several boroughs of Berlin.
