If you witness right-wing harassment or violence, offer help to the victim (if it is safe to do so).  Refer victims to special advice centers for those who have experienced violence, or call the appropriate helpline.

Keep in mind that words, like weapons, also wound. Challenge people who make racist or anti-Semitic remarks and jokes.

Remember that democracy needs an informed citizenry to function! Keep yourself updated, and  the discussion going in your school, in your church or in your sports club.

Show your stand! Attend antiracism-themed exhibitions, workshops and other public events promoting democracy and tolerance. Look at the Foundation's calendar for ideas as to where to go.
